All orders are shipped within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees added at checkout.

Average Delivery Times

We ship products directly from our supplier, which allows us to offer our products at a fair and competitive price.

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery time: 6–11 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated total delivery time: 7 to 14 business days

Orders are shipped using trusted international carriers and delivered locally by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce.

Track Your Order

You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. Tracking information becomes available 2–3 days after your order is placed.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address, and we will do our best to make the correction before your order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 14 days of the specified delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order for credit card payments. After this timeframe, orders are processed automatically and can no longer be cancelled.
