Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store voucher, or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn, in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Earrings and piercing jewelry
- Items intended for direct skin contact
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable return packages.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@vanessavaleriejewels.com to request a return and receive instructions.
- Take a clear photo of the items inside the package before sealing it. This is required to process your return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form.
- Ship the package using a trackable method to the address provided by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it within 7 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vanessavaleriejewels.com with photos or videos of the damage and the original packaging. If the damage is confirmed to be caused during shipping or due to our error, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vanessavaleriejewels.com with photos of the item received and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
