We understand that you are excited to receive your order. At Vanessa & Valerie Jewels, we do our best to ensure that the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees added at checkout.

Average Delivery Times

We are committed to providing the best value for money. That’s why we choose to ship products directly from our supplier. This allows us to significantly save on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, and offer the products at a fair price.

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery time: 6–11 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days.

Orders are shipped using trusted international carriers and delivered locally by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce.

We understand that you want to know when to expect your order, and we strive to fulfill our promise. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or delays with carriers, may affect the delivery time. Thank you for your trust in us!


Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and delivery, so there is always some time to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe that you have provided an incorrect delivery address.


Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Track and Trace indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided, but you have not yet received your order, please inform us within 14 days after the specified delivery date. The post office will then initiate an investigation, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.


Responsibility for Uncollected/Refused Packages

If a customer fails to collect their package within the specified time at the assigned pick-up location or delivery address, the responsibility for the package lies with the customer. If the package is returned to our fulfillment facility by the carrier, a handling and restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders up to $100 USD, a fixed fee of $30.95 USD will be deducted.
For orders over $100 USD, one third (1/3) of the order value will be deducted.

This fee covers the return shipping and handling costs.


Cancellation Policy (for Orders Below $200 USD)

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • For Credit Card payments: within 4 hours of placing the order

After these timeframes, orders are processed automatically and can no longer be cancelled.

Notes:

  • Orders may be processed within the 4-hour window. In such cases, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • As orders exceeding $200 USD cannot be cancelled and are fulfilled immediately, the previously mentioned timeframe is not applicable to these kinds of orders.

If a customer wishes to cancel part or all of their order, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders up to $100 USD, a fixed fee of $30.95 USD will be deducted.
For orders over $100 USD, one third (1/3) of the order value will be deducted.

This fee covers processing, restocking, and handling costs.

NOTE: If a customer does not respond to confirm their cancellation within 24 hours, we will proceed with the order.
