Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store voucher, or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with all original tags, seals (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all original tags and seals (if applicable) intact.

Return process

To return an item, please request a return by reaching out to us by e-mail via support@vanessavaleriejewels.com. After receiving confirmation of return, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, then send your return to the address provided by us.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If an item is lost and/or untraceable, we are not responsible and cannot process your return.

To ensure a smooth return process and qualify for a full refund, customers must provide a clear photo of all the items they are returning before shipping.
Please take a picture of the items inside the package at your chosen shipping facility before sending them back. This helps us verify that all returned items are accounted for and process your refund efficiently.
Returns without photo verification may result in delays while we verify the returned items.

Return Procedure:

Step 1: Fill out the return form.
Step 2: Send the items along with the completed return form. Ensure that the package is sent with a Track and Trace code.
Step 3: Receive the remaining amount in your account. Once we receive your package, Vanessa & Valerie Jewels will ensure that the remaining amount is refunded to your account within fourteen (14) business days after receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Responsibility for Uncollected/Refused Packages

If a customer fails to collect their package within the specified time at the assigned pick-up location or delivery address, the responsibility for the package lies with the customer.

For orders up to $100 USD, a fixed fee of $30.95 USD will be deducted.
For orders over $100 USD, one third (1/3) of the order value will be deducted.

We strive to respond to your email within 24 hours.


Damages and issues

At Vanessa & Valerie Jewels, we take great pride in delivering high-quality jewelry to our customers. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.

Please follow the steps below if you receive a damaged item:

  1. Inspect Your Order Immediately: Upon receiving your package, please carefully inspect the jewelry for any damage.

  2. Document the Damage: If you notice any damage, please take clear photos or videos of the damaged item(s) along with the packaging. Be sure to capture any visible defects, breakage, or imperfections.

  3. Send Us the Documentation: To help us process your return request quickly, please email the photos or videos to support@vanessavaleriejewels.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  4. Return Eligibility: If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping or as a result of our error, we will offer a replacement or full refund. However, if the damage is due to mishandling, wear, or improper care by the customer, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@vanessavaleriejewels.com within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the item received and the original packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

For all returns, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Unused & Unworn: Jewelry must be returned in unused, unworn condition. Items showing signs of wear, use, scratches, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and tags (if applicable).

  • Hygiene & Safety:
    For hygiene reasons, earrings, piercing jewelry, and items intended for direct contact with the skin are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Special One-Time Exception: In certain cases, we may choose to send a replacement item without requiring the original item to be returned. If you are not satisfied with the replacement item, you must return both the original and replacement items to qualify for a refund. This is a one-time exception.
